How a typical month runs

Week 1

You receive the Adoption Dashboard. We review it together on the monthly call. You bring blockers; we bring data.

Weeks 2–3

We run whatever nudge experiment you approved (Tier 2+). Defaults, friction points, reinforcement scripts — we A/B test like an engineer, not like a guru.

Week 4

We synthesize what we learned, queue next month’s experiment, and (if it’s the end of a quarter) prep the Quarterly Business Review.
