“I left a 20-year mechanical engineering career because the same rigor that ships an aircraft engine coating, or an HVAC product made in a world-class manufacturing site, ships in a an AI rollout. Most consultancies don’t bring what we can. Give us a try and stop leaving your tools on the shelf while keeping your staff trapped in the daily whirlwind.”
Mark Adams, Founder & CEO
Partnerial is an engineer-founded consultancy built around a single thesis: the technology isn’t the bottleneck. Adoption is. And adoption is a designable, measurable, repeatable engineering problem. This page is about who we are, what we believe, and the science behind the playbook.
Partnerial was founded by Mark Adams, a 20-year mechanical engineer who left a Lead Mechanical Engineer role to start the firm. Mark has a diverse background as an engineer in the HVAC, Access and Security, and Aerospace industries.
What twenty years of mechanical engineering actually teaches you isn’t the math. It’s that the best technology in the world is worthless if nobody adopts it. Mark watched it happen with sensors, with controls, with automation. Now it’s happening with AI — and most small businesses don’t have someone in the room who can tell them whether a tool is real or hype.
The credentials behind the methodology: twenty years of engineering rigor — Lean Six Sigma, Design of Experiments, FMEA — supplemented by a working library of twelve frameworks from behavioral economics, diffusion theory, and structured change management. The day-to-day operating philosophy is shorter: helpful before asking, plain language over jargon, and refunds if we miss.
We partner with local, state, and federal agencies, as well as prime contractors, to deliver data-informed insights and efficient, people-centered solutions.
